Fitness StatementI grew up as s Track athlete. More specifically, I was a Decathlete. I ran my first Marathon in October 2012 (3:57). My goals include Officially Qualifying for Boston and New York while never settling for the level I'm currently at.

Easy Treadmill run.

It was a brisk 22 degrees outside today, so I brought my workout indoors. Hopefully the weather heats up soon and I can get back out on the roads every day!

run Has to be tough running in cold weather. We are so spoiled living in California. It was 60 degrees today!
