Largest local 5K in the Kansas City area--4300 were registered, but after the 40 min rain delay and taking out numerous casual walkers, around 2000 were in official results.

Notes: I have run this quite a few times--well organized, fast course, good cause. Nice weather although humid after a 40 min rain/lightning delay. My Garmin measured at 3.03 so I thought I was around 23-1/2 for a full 3.1, but who's counting?
