| Comments | The Fit Club is great! There are some awesome tools here for sorting and analyzing race results. This is the best place I have seen for managing data base to evaluate your performances over the years. |

Winter made one last attempt, 29 degrees, felt like 19 but nice for running!

Moderate training run, just under 9 min pace, nice weather today (for Feb).

Very nippy 5.75 mi run this morning in 7 degrees with wind chill of negative something. I had dressed for 20 something degrees, but eventually was happy I had made the effort. Had to speed up a little to generate more heat. The bed tried to keep me today but it lost.Bruce Gilbert 1/24/13 1:03 pm

Thanks Bob, it was definitely a treat for me to get to know you and also to find a few parallels in our running careers of 50 years each! I will keep training in hopes of seriously racing you at some point in the future.
