Fitness StatementI was an athlete my whole life and got out of doing any exercise for about 10 years. I recently stepped back into the gym and started taking Yoga classes which I love. I also hit the weight room and take lots of other classes as well. Having fitness back in my life has brought back a lot of positive energy and for some reason, the gym brings out my competitive side more than ever! Thanks to UjENA for all their support in health and fitness!

I will be going to my Yoga class tonight and then having burritos for dinner after. It probably should be the other way around (eat and then work it off) but with my schedule, that is the way it has to be. I am looking forward to a nice, relaxing class then a great dinner to follow.

I am going to go and enjoy my Yoga class tonight. I have missed for about 2 weeks now so I am ready to get back in the gym even though I am still recovering from being sick. Hopefully I will start to feel better soon, maybe some Yoga will do the trick. I need to get back into my regular routine and then I should start to feel like myself again. I hope everyone has a great night!

Last night after our jam orientation, Martha and I decided to walk to the nightclub we were having our party at rather than take the bus with everyone else. It was about 10pm and it only took us about 20 minutes. We were speed walking in the Cabo heat with heels and a dress on too! I think we are the first ever jam models to be able to log in miles at the jam between dinner and a party. We even beat one of the buses! Yay!

I had a great yoga class tonight. My back was pretty sore for some reason so it was nice to stretch it out. I should sleep good tonight.

About to head to my hour long yoga class. Great way to finish off the week which has been busy and a bit stressful. But I am hoping to relax and enjoy the evening. Plus, I am excited because I will be eating Mexican food after for dinner. :-)

I took my usual Sunday morning cycling class for an hour and a half today. I went in on my own and warmed up on the bike before class even started but a lot of people do that. That class is always very hard but I felt good after. Been really enjoying my time in the gym

So , I know all of my recent posts have been about my Yoga which I am going to tonight but I am also very excited because I am eating pizza for dinner. I have been thinking about it all day so thought I would put it into my log. :-) But I will work it off...I hope! lol

run Did my weekly hour of Yoga tonight as well. So I guess I'll reward myself with pizza as well (tomorrow). lol :)

I am off to Yoga again. It is very hot out and although we are inside, it seems to be pretty warm in there too but I guess that is good for practicing Yoga because it helps your muscles stretch out even more. I feel really good after last nights session so I am super excited for tonight. I hope everyone has a great evening!!
