Fitness StatementI have just begun my workouts and I walk 3 miles a day. During my walks I run for 2-3 minutes several times. When I began about a month ago i weighed 350 pounds. My goal is to run the 3 miles and then set new goals for increasing the distance.

I walked 3 miles on a treadmill, running occassionally, in under 1 hour.
