Executed my last Army Physical Training Test at my alma mater, Santa Clara University with help from ROTC cadre/cadet: Push-ups/Sit-Ups/2mile run. 55/66/13:40. 100 points possible for each event, pleased to score 300+, based on my age.
Total Work-out: warmup.5miles, 2miles@6:50/mile, .75miles cool down, then LONG RUN-10miles@9:22/mile pace, 1 mile cool down, will pay dearly tomorrow...

run WTG, Eldon. My guess is that you out-did a number of the younger troops.
