|Fitness Statement||Full time Realtor in Pleasanton with Keller Williams Realty, past off campus head coach at Granada High School from 1986 to 2006 recently coaching at Amador High for the last 2 seasons. While I was at Granada the boys and girls teams were the most successful at the State level ever from this area. |
I also coach or consult a select group of, masters, age group, and Olympic development runners.
I graduated in 1974 from Granada High School and ran cross country and middle distances in track .
When I started coaching at Granada I had not trained for over 10 years. I was looking at coaching as motivation to begin to change my lifestyle, and to see if he could be competitive again.
Running since then has been very rewarding with the all friends and relationships I have built up over the years.
