Notes: I met Bob Anderson a year ago today, before he ran this in 2012 as part of his A Long Run journey--Bob demolished the M60-64 age group, I took 2nd four minutes back. It took perfect conditions today for me to improve my time by over 3-1/2 min, very happy with results and Age Group win, so 2 years in a row for Ujena Fit Club!
