Great workout this morning. Timed circuit. 30 sec step-overs holding two 15lb dbs (5 risers high), 30 sec step-ups each leg holding 15lb dbs raising arm over head each step (4 risers high), 30 seconds sumo squats holding 30lbs, 30 seconds jump squats. 2 mins rest and repeat 3 more times. added straight leg roman deads on 3rd and 4th time thru. So tired ... SO GOOD!
