|Running Achievements||Fastest mile was when I was 14. 1981. District Track meet in high school, and I got 4th place. I never broke 7 minutes again. Today 8 mins would be on a great day with "puke level" effort. My "happy pace" is around a 10 minute mile.
I run with friends, for fun, and enter races to compete with myself and stay motivated. Most of the time I finish in the middle of the mob at races.
