Had no time to post my workout the last couple days.. but in the mean while i've off,i did p90x no bad, went to this amazing circuit training gym.. and today i was gonna run a 5k with model aleisha M. but it got cancelled but were working out and doing weight and and strength training

I managed to swim for 2 miles!!! all separated wrk outs and strokes of course haha, even though i was tired, i still managed to do core and body strength workouts. The results are coming along !!

Aww it was too nice out not to go for a nice run!!! Turns out swimming is a great workout because i was able to run five miles no problem, without having ran in a while.=) once i got back from my fun run i did an hr of glutes, and 20 min of abs.. The sun really woke me up!!! i love it

I swam just a little bit under a mile, it consisted of a 200 warm up split 50' with 10 pull ups between every 25 , etc... it was a great workout.. I wanted to do some sculpting but had to do h.w ..:)
