Fitness StatementI believe that a fit body is the result of a fit mind, a fit soul and a fit diet. Exercise comes in all shapes and forms and I believe that being an active person is the way to stay youthful and enjoy a stress free environment. My routine is a daily application made of of 20% stretching, 50% running and 30% weight training. Since weight training is not best when applied daily, I substitute mediatation every other day.

- running a mile below the 10 minutes
- running at a pace of over 7 mph for 5 minutes
- running on a treadmill with inclines was always a chore until now
