Fitness StatementI work out everyday. I try to lift weights at least 3-4 times per week. I walk at least 1 mile per day starting out, but once I get going, I usually end up closer to 2 or 3. At one point, my hubby and I ended up walking for 7 miles. Once I warm up and get a little limber with the walking, I usually jog and then it turns into a run. I love the way that I feel after and I love the soreness!

Running AchievementsNo achievements or awards, yet. The only recognition I get is from my hubby who is very proud of me and the fact that I have lost 98 pounds and still counting!
