| Fitness Statement | I am a triathlete who competes in the Ironman distance. I have competed in 24 Ironman events, 12 of those have in Hawaii at the Ironman World Championships. Out of the 12 I have been on the podium 9 times and out of those 9 times I have been World Champion twice in 2006 and 2011. I have had many bridesmaid positions. I have also been World Champion at the Olympic Distance triathlon in Perth, Australia in 2000. I currently am taking a year out from Ironman racing and just keeping fit with a focus on running. |

| Running Achievements | All my achievements have been in triathlon, however, I lived in Sydney, Australia for 20+ years and during my thirties and early forties I won many trail and road races outright in Sydney. I have competed in the 100k Trailwalker Relay where our girls team broke the record and placed 5th team outright. |
