Fitness StatementI have run a marathon but preferred distance is the half marathon, I just completed my 62nd. I am slowly getting back to speed after recovering from a stress fracture, I'm hoping to set a new PR at the Okc Memorial Half the end of April.

Solid 25k at the lake this morning....8:47 pace

run Is the lake now full? I heard you got a lot of rain some time back? It was pretty low when I was there.

run Hi Bob, yeah the lake is Very full now haha. It got so high at one point that they had to close it because it was flooded.
