All the days blur together now. . .legs today with a lot of deadlifts no cheat squats, curls, lunges, etc. FUn stuff!

Doing great with training. . .another day of legs low reps high weight. . .get those glutes nice and round!

Did my AM cardio and now just have to go back to do BACK. HA HA! Really enjoying the changes I have seen!

It is all about volume coach has said so 3 target areas rotated every 4th day. Today is let pull down, back extensions, reverse flies and core. ALready did my 30 mins of cardio this AM.

starting to tighten up the mid section with a lot of ab exercises. might core get a belly band to help slim that section up while leaving the toosh & legs a little fuller!

Total upper body today: tris delts lats bis back chest I might also train the MOMS legs as well as push the treadmill for 20 mins. Yesterday they picked out suit colors. . .yay!

Heavy legs with 10-12 reps 3-4 sets: deadlifts, split squats, bear crawl incline, no cheat squats, lunge with weight & added leg lift, curls

Switching it up a bit this week. . .today is cardio and core with a lot of new ab exercises and of course 20 mins pushing the treadmill. . .gotta perk the glutes!
