There are so many great runners in the world and we will be providing information on them. We will be adding more every day. To find someone, just type in their name in the search. For right now, we are mostly listing runners who have placed in the top three or have won their age-group in at least two races selected as a Best Road Race.
We need your help to keep our profiles up todate. By clicking the update link at the bottom of the profile you can update the profile. Once it is reviewed it will go live. You can also update or add a photo. Thanks for your help.

Benson ran a 1:03:07 half marathon in 2011. In 2009 he ran a 2:11:33 marathon in Houston. "My training as an elite marathon runner is that I must schedule myself for daily training with my patners never missing any workouts everyday. My advice all other runners from every part of the world is that discipline and hardwork is the key to success," Benson says. At the Virginia 10 miler in 2010 he ran 49:23.
