Joining a running club has led me to surround myself with great runners. I have learned a lot from them around training consistency and workout intensity.

You guys (Adidas Transports) really cleaned up at the Christmas Relay...first place...a 5:11/mile pace. When is your next race? Be sure to post them so we can follow you...good luck! Bob Anderson 1/2/12 6:40 pm
I'd be up for doing Quicksilver some weekend. I've actually never run it. The weekends are pretty crazy through the holidays so maybe sometime after the first of the year. Since you've got a more specific training schedule, I'll leave the ball in your court and whenever you might be up for it, let me know and we'll meet up. No worries either way. Good luck in the Christmas Relays! Justin Wall 12/8/11 1:45 pm
Great job at the Turkey Trot! I didn't realize you had signed up for the UjENA Fit Club. We met at last years Race to the End of Summer then again at this years race. You led us off course :) If you're ever looking for a slightly slower training run, you, me and Bob should all hook up for a run. Take care... Justin Wall 11/28/11 3:37 pmGot up the photos from the Turkey Trot. Your 14:43 5k is the second best UjENA FIT Club performance of the year. Giliat Ghebray leads with 13:57. This is some fast racing. It would be nice to do a training run as Justin mentioned...When is your next race? Bob Anderson 11/29/11 1:06 pm Hey Justin - ya I definitely remember meeting you and of course ruining a few people's day - especially Casey ;-) Next up I'm planning on the Christmas Relay's and then building up for a spring marathon. I'm up for doing some longer/slower training runs on the weekends. I frequently run Quicksilver John Van Metre 12/5/11 2:16 pm
