run "Have fun in S.C. with the 5k. Thank you for appreciating me and my 3 boys serving. I'm proud my boys for serving our country. Two get out beginning of year and continue college. As my doctors also say "your in good shape. The key is to keep moving and you'll be more healthy for it." Stay running and stay healthy."

run "Thanks, David, and Happy 4th of July! I appreciate the service of you and your family to this country. I also noticed that the race yesterday was short. I will heed your advice and try to take it easy in the next few weeks. I'm excited about running a 5k at The Citadel Military college in South Carolina later this month but don't have any other scheduled races for a while. Sorry to hear about your injury problems; I hope they clear up soon and that you can do the SF race. You had an excellent time yesterday despite the heat and your injuries. I hope you heal as fast as you run."

run "Good job Chris. It was a hot race day. The distance was really around 3.6 miles since everyone unknowingly turned around early at the 2 mile race turn around point instead of going past it. A new race director took over so things got messed up. Keep up the running and be careful over the next few hot months. I've been plagued with injuries in both feet so missed lots of training and getting out of shape. I'm not trained for SF full marathon but it's paid for so if I can get over injured feet I'll try to run part of it at least. Stay running and healthy."
