Bali Double Racing April 19, 2015

Double Racing has come to Asia.  The Bali Indonesia Double Racing Festival was held April 19, 2015 in Tampaksiring.  Double producer John Hanson made it all work.  The two lap course took runners past temples, kids playing, women balancing fruit baksets on their heads, women washing their batik clothing in ancient aqueducts and past rice fields in the distance.  Samgar Kamlasi (bib #150) won the men's Double 15k in 50:12.  Kadek Ayu Sukarni won the women's Double 15k in 1:05:18.  Photos by Catherine Cross for Double Runner Magazine and Ujena Fit Club
