Fitness StatementAm 25 years athlete, who has always love running. I have been training hard to run my best in 10km and 12km, but this year I shifted to road race after running 62minutes in 21km and clocked 2:05 in 36km in training. This made me to think of doing best time in 21km and 42km. My fitness routine is training in a good marathon program which is doing 4 long run not less than 15km (one of 4 days is Saturday 35km-38km) and 2 days speed work (Tuesday and Thursday).
