I love reaping the benefits of this cardio!
My running routine involves running trails and running up steep hills
Every other day 9miles so far
I work out on the stair master for 45min at the gym
and work out with the wt machines on days that I don't run.
Yoga/Pilates classes I make sure I fit in during the week.
