|Fitness Statement||I was in retail operations and now a freelance model and actor.Being in this profession I need to take care of my health and fitness very much.I was never too bulky but yes was having fats in certain areas.When I started modelling I felt that I need to reduce it and tone my body.Then joined Gym and reduced my max fats by following the gym routine properly.There I use to do all types or exercises but For Cardiac exercises like running,cycling etc I gave max time atleast 1 hr a day 6 days a week and also divided my meal into 6-7 small meals a day.I use to drink very less water..That also i tried increase on per day 4 litres atleast. |
Now I stopped gyming but I have started Dance classes where I go by jogging in morning to classes do workout and dance practice there and come back walking.Diet I m following the same routine as earlier.
