Fitness Statement	I like to swim and run, I am currently (since March 2013) training with a group at the Jordan YMCA (MultiFit - a triathlon/fitness adult group/team). I am learning to like to lift weights and body weight exercises, because I know it's good for me. I am interested in learning more about (and doing) stretching, Pilates, yoga, and breathing.
