Being an "Old Guy" (65) and recovering a heart attack and two surgeries, I have to take it easy. My workout is walking a mile or so along the Brazos River in Waco or along White Rock Lake in Dallas shooting models two or three times a week. I lost 25 pounds the week of the heart attack and surgery, although I don't recommend that as a weight loss program. So far, the walking is keeping the weight off.
