runnerSo I am embarrassed to say that I have been so busy over the past two weeks that I have not had time to get to the gym. Tonight I am going to Booster Juice to get a Ripped Berry Smoothieā€¯ then I am going to the Gym from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm and give my body some well needed punishment. I am going barefoot waterskiing in the evening tomorrow. Possibly some water-skiing on Sunday afternoon.
