|Fitness Statement||Now just run for fun... got back to running 2 years ago after a long (20+ years) injury lay off... Goal is to be able to run 4-5 miles 3-4 times a week for the next 20 years... and have fun doing it! |
And thats my training plan as well - 3-4 times a week, 20-25 miles; run a few 10Ks and 1 or 2 halfs a year - just to keep the excitement going...
