runnerGlad we are going to be seeing you at the Fort Lauderdale Double Road Race May 18th. Going to be a good race. Are you going after your 60-69 world best record? 55:55 in Pleasanton! 37:07 10k leg and 18:48 5k leg. Good luck!
Bob Anderson 4/21/14 8:38 am
runnerCould be tough with the Florida weather, especially for the 5K leg .. but I always give it a shot for a good time! Sarita will sign up for the 5K this time ..

runnerI note that system is not providing the age grade for all my 2013 races (and one 1500 metres at 97 is unfortunately wrong, wish it were true!!). Thanks for looking into this, Peter
Peter Mullin 1/23/14 8:08 pm
runnerYou are right...that has been corrected. Our webmaster is working on fixing age-graded for 800m, 1500m races and some odd distances. It is a very close race...you and JR are just 48 points apart. The deadline to post races is Jan 31. Good luck! You had another first class year!!! And you are starting off 2014 with a bag too!

runnerBob, glad to hear you and Michael are OK. Such a cowardly act, this was the softest of targets: besides the many so terribly and directly impacted, 5000 lost their dream of finishing Boston.
Peter Mullin 4/15/13 7:52 pm
runnerCowardly to the end. What cowardly men we have here today..they cannot resolve their issues like a man but rather kill and destroy others in their hate. Cowards.
