20 min. eliptical, seated high row, assisted pull up, assisted dip, ham curls, single leg squats, pelvic twists, hovering... cool down and stretch.

6 percent incline on treadmill; assisted chin up, seated row, pelvic twist, back ext., single leg squats with cooldown and stretch...no golf practice with 20 degrees and snow on the ground. Maybe indoors later....

An hour and a half in the gym (Eliptical, seated rows, lat pulls, shoulder press, ab/oblique machine, hovering, stretching), and a later hour of golf practice...34 degrees, wind, sun....that's what you have to do in Moses Lake!

Forgot to log yesterday, but cardio, core, back/shoulders and stretching in the gym.

20 min eliptical, seated rows, assisted chin ups, ham curls, core rotation, back extensions, stretching. Focus is on core, improving strength and flexibility for golf swing mechanics.

1.5 hours cardio/weights/stretching and 2 plus of golf practice on the short game.

Elliptical for 30 mins at moderate pace. Lat pulls, seated rows, single leg squats, hovering, and a good stretch. Later, it was off to the golf course for practice and a few holes....In Moses Lake the ground is frozen, but the temps were mild with a warm sun and no wind.
