I have become a jogger, 10 blocks per day.....except in this frigid Michigan weather when it is too slippery to jog.
It is one step at a time. Welcome to the world of running. It takes about a month of daily running (jogging) to start experiencing the runner's high. At first it just hurts...Bob Anderson 12/14/16 8:22 am

I went to the gym today and did 2.1 miles on the treadmill. I did resistance training on the machines for legs and arms. I like to train my arms so I can have nice shoulders. A sound body makes for a sound mind. It is important that I take care of my body.

I went to the gym today for a workout. I did 2 miles on the treadmill and did a 30 minute circuit training. I also got a massage.

I went to the gym for a few hours.I walked the tread for 3 miles and eorkef the machines.

I went to the gym for two hours. I walked the treadmill ,, rode the bike and worked the machines.

I went to the gym today for a workout. I walked the treadmill for a mile, did circuit training with ropes and a medicine ball.
Medicine ball workouts are "old school", I made my own by putting weights in a bucket.

They are old school just because they have been around for a long time, I wasn't trying to imply they
aren't great for workouts. Old school doesn't mean

I went to the gym today and worked with some medicine balls and long ropes and kegs. I walked the treadmill and worked some machines and lifted free weights.

I went to the gym today for a couple of hours. I walked 2 miles on the treadmill. I also worked with free weights and machines. I also had a massage. I also took a 40 minute walk I feel wonderful!

I went to the gym today. There is no substitute for a workoutat the gym plus a massage and shower.
