|Fitness Statement||After 15 years as an elite triathlete, I suffered a stress fracture of the pelvis. I was in rehab for 18 weeks. I decided to retire from triathlon and to train and run only, the part of triathlon I love the most. I run about 60 miles a week, cross train -swimming and cycling - and on average yoga 4 times a week. |
I love the life style of being a runner.
