4.5 miles of make-shift double training on the treadmill.

Rainy day Double training at the gym today.
Treadmill: 30 minutes...check!
Bottle of water...check!
Foam Roller: just a few seconds until it hurt...check!
Spin Bike: 15 minutes...check! Abs: 10 minutes...check!
Foam Roller: until it stopped hurting...check! Bottle of water...check!
Treadmill: 15 minutes...check! Spinach and cheese omlet when I got home....double check!!!
Afternoon relaxing....still waiting to check that one off....lol!

run I have rolled my IT band going on three years before, and after every workout. It doesn't hurt anymore, and leg injuries have been a thing of the past. Keep the foam roller on your check list.

runnerI signed up for the Presidio 10 race. I'm running the 10 mile distance. They also offer a 10k and a 5k. Is anyone else running it? Post a comment if you are and I'll arrange a Ujena Fit Club breakfast after it's over. Here's the link: http://guardsmen.org/presidio10/

runnerThe singlets for the UjENA elite racing team will be available for pick up both Friday and Saturday. Friday we will be at Road Runner Sports in Campbell and Saturday at the race in San Jose. Looking forward to seeing you all!
