| Fitness Statement | I like to run at least 6-8 miles a day. About a year ago, I started training for my first half marathon and upped my mileage to as much as 60-70 miles per week along with strength training. I love to run on my own and I also enjoy running with a group of people. I am a member of the Kansas City Track Club, a group I run with at least twice a week. I would like to complete a marathon by the end of 2013 and qualify for Boston 2014. |

| Running Achievements | High school state cross country 2 years, high school state track 4 years, 1st overall female in 4 out of 5 half marathons in the past year (fastest time 1:23). I've participated in several local races (5Ks, 10Ks, 4-milers) where I have placed 1st overall female or top 10. |
