So I couldn't work out for a whole month after a small surgery. Now I am back and its been my second day running! Yay! Today I ran 20 min in the morning before a loooong 10 hour work day, and I went and ran again for 45 min after. I have been promoting a popular candy and it is so addicting that I had to rush home and burn some of it off! Tomorrow working US Surf Open at 6:30am and I am determined to get up early enough to run another 20 min at least before another long work day. I have been eating so bad lately!

Before I go to bed, I cannot wait for the morning to work out. When the morning gets here, I am dragging and unable to really push myself like I want to. Lately I have only been sleep an average of 4 hrs! I can't sleep any longer, but my body seems tired. I got a little help from my friend called caffeine and did an ok workout. Full body punching the boxing bag with 10lbs weights, kicking it, squats in between as well as targeting torso and lower back with the weights. No workout is complete without my cardio, so I did a mix of stationary bike, and eliptical. Finished up with abs.

I hit the cardio hard today. 30 min running going from 5mph to 8mph to 5mph intervals. Than eliptical on very high resistance level for another 30 min. Finished with a rushed 30 min full body strenght training before I had to rush off to work for "Dictator!"

I am up and good after a crazy 20 hour work weekend standing and running around all day in the sun. Took me longer than usual to get to the gym, but I made it! I worked off all the extra cals I ate today. Since I eat very little this weekend I guess my body was just starving! Can't be all puffy for tomorrow though! I have a shoot! So I worked out very hard on the cardio and burned off lots of calories. Did over an hour of cardio and about 25 min of strenght traiining focusing on core and lower back

Had to be up really early today, and went running for 45 min. Wanted to do my usual gym work out but I couldn't bring myself up from my nap!! My legs are soo sore!

Today I woke up and did a 25 min run on a empty stomach and than an hour and a half at the gym doing lower back, stomach and torso. I did the rowing machine for 20 minutes.

So I'm back lol. It's been a long time since I've logged in my work out. I have been working out, yes, of course. But haven't logged in. To update, I've lost a few pounds, have gotten leaner, and still going. Today I was doing free weights and was able to toss around a 17.5 lb weight with no problem! It felt amazing! Did my weights for a whole hour and walked a 3.5 mph with incline on the treadmill for about 40 min.

I woke up today with clarity about a few things so I was in a very empowering mood and got carried away and danced my booty off for 45 min with my ipod mixing in some kickboxing, squats, etc. I than went running for 20 and went running again this evening for 45.

I went to my hour run this morning and the morning was soooo beautiful! Day after the rain and everything is nice and glowing. I couldn't help myself so I took some pictures! Will be posting them up for the best shot nature! I got so caught up in the beautiful imagery that I had to stop myself from taking pictures and continue my run! lol I did do a bit over an hour though just because of that. Just came from kickboxing and it kicked my butt indeed :-)
