Went to the gym and did a pretty intense arm workout - side dumbell raises, front dumbell raises, shoulder press, tricep kickback, tricep cable pulls, tricep dips, and what seemed like a million bicep curls. Also did 20 minutes on the bike.

Went to the gym and did 30 minutes of cardio (on the bike and elliptical) and then did lat pull downs, assisted pull ups, cable pullovers, and cable rows.

I did a one hour flow yoga class this morning and then went to the gym for a crazy leg workout. We did 30 mins. on the stationary bike and then calf raises, seated weighted calf raises, toe presses, leg extensions, one legged squats, leg presses, lunges, and hamstring curls.

Today I did a 1 hour aeriel yoga class and then I went to the gym and ran just over 2 miles on the treadmill. I really enjoyed the yoga class, but it was very different. We had slings and used them to support our weight while doing different yoga poses.

I went to a 1 hour Yin Yoga class this morning and got some great deep stretches. Then I went to the gym and did lat. pull downs, assisted pull ups, bent over rows, seated cable rows, cable pullovers, planks, and 30 minutes on the stationary bike. I felt very productive.
