| Fitness Statement | I love running . I started running when I was in Primary School. It was for the normal Physical Education lesson but found out that I had a passion for it. I have completed my secondary school and have decided to take up running as a proffession. I train in Nyahururu in Central Kenya. Thie area is world famous as training ground for high attitude atheletes. Iten in Eldoret is our greatest rivall. We train very early in the morning before breakfast. Midmorning is spent on the grounds doing strength and endurance excercises. |
