Morning mountain bike ride in the wood. Glorious!

Got chilli here at the Jersey Shore but perfect weather for a 10k. Still riding the high of the triathlon season. Good tempo pace for me 8:15.

42 miles with my training buddies - I left them to do a 100 mile ride. My buds are training for IM AZ in a few weeks from now.

Donna - I love multisport there are some many benefits to cross training. One of my favorite things is to do a sunrise ocean swim - sometimes we are lucky to have the company of dolphins. Amazing!Howard Stein 10/3/11 3:10 pm reply to comment
Bob - thanks for welcoming me to the Club! I am a triathlete and mountain biker. Still a novice to sport but I will share with you that just over three years ago I was 250 lbs with a 42" waist. 65 lbs and 10" later I am lean and fit and living life to the fullest!
