GYM workout weight training and stretching exercises for 45 minutes
HOME TREADMILL 20 minutes 1.3 miles. After summer ends I walk 1.5 - 2.0 miles.
I'm the only one in our adult community brave enough to wear a UJENA bikini to the pool. It isn't pretty, but it gets the job done.
