I'm taking it easy today. Very sore from yesterday's upper body workout, so I went for a brisk 30 minute walk today.

Did 15 mins on the bike (2.5 miles). I also did 2 sets of 12 reps on the torso rotation machine and the row machine. I did 3 sets of 12 reps on the incline pull and the pulldown machines.

Came home from school and did some kickboxing for 15 minutes to get out some built up aggression. I followed that up with some stair steps, squats, lunges and walking lunges.

I started back working out today after having to take some time off. I took a 20 minute walk around my college campus during lunch today. This afternoon, I rode the stationery bike for 15 minutes, followed by doing 2 sets of 10 reps on the torso rotation machine, then I did 3 sets of 10 reps on the incline pull, pull down and row machines.
