Zippy 5k San Francisco 2012

It was foggy, cool with a lot of humidity and some wind. For many it was ideal racing conditions. For others it was not. There were a lot of good performances on this fairly tough 5k course in Golden Gate Park. Many Ujena Fit Club members either ran or were there offering support. This was Bob Anderson 18th race of the year and not one of his best. He ran 21:09. Photos by Catherine Cross Ujena Fit Club

The other workout was from thursday, today I did a 20 miler at Sawyer Camp. Felt great and I am hoping to make these a staple in my training. Started out at about 6:15 pace and majority of the way was about 5:55 with a couple 5:45's for a total time of 1:59.50
