3 hrs on the treadmill taking it easy since i had popped out my dermal from over stretching and had it re-implanted today.. but have to get in shape for the cali shoots..

lazy day.. up way too early so i went to the gym and speed walked for 1.5 hrs..

new gym is open and spent an hour on the bike and an hour on the treadmill.. then got out the weights tonight and worked on arm and legs..

spent my morning working out in the gym at the college testing out all the toys for 2hrs.. Olympic weight stations and elliptical machines have me feeling fit for yelling at TV tonight for the football game.. Go Jets!

early morning workout.. brought back the bikini bottom workout and intense ab workout to gear it up for the big shoot later this month..

out to morning zumba class with the girls and then a mile walk around the track.. love the sunny fall mornings in the mountains =]
