Fitness StatementRetired U.S. Navy. Been involved in sporting activities my whole life. Got into bodybuilding years ago trying something different besides endurance training. Within the past year have gone back to cut excess weight and start running again. I workout 1 to 3 times a day with a mix of heavy lifting, cardio speed lifting, and running. I run on average 15 miles a week. Trying to find the balance between an endurance type athlete and strength athlete.
