Fitness StatementI have only recently begun to start running. As my age increases, I want to get in better shape. I am now in my forties, and have noticed that even while I keep my current eating and fitness levels, the weight is harder to keep off. I thought I would introduce running as a kickstart and hopefully a lifelong activity to add to my current lifestyle as a means for a healthier life. Running also gives me time to myself, where I can emotionally destress from the world.
