| Fitness Statement | Coach high school xc and track distance. Run 4-6x a week, no more speed work...try and run at least 5 races a year with a goal of winning one awrd a year. Love trails and dirt roads for running. Hope to do my 4th 50k when I turn 50 in 2013. |
