After a beautiful morning Double in Pacific Grove I headed back for three grueling games of water polo! Go Dynamics. Such a power packed day.

Ran around the Stanford Dish to work out on hills for the Double coming up on Feb 22. I am hoping to improve my time as I have ran almost the exact pace for all 3 of my doubles.

run Be sure to get in some speed workout before Feb 22 and be sure to have fresh legs for the Double. This is going to be your break through Double.

run Bob's right. Unless you race regularly you gotta do something to get yourself ready to run faster. Speed work or a tempo run every week gets you ready.

run thank you for the tips. I have taken them to heart and I have been working on speed. It is tempting to stick with what I know. I am hoping to pr at my next double.

runnerI caught a mean cold this winter and I have been trying to shake it. I finally started some serious training this month. Just ran the Dish on my lunch and I am feeling strong! Woo hoo! I am looking forward to Pacific Grove as I was too sick in Feb. to run the double in San Jose. No more sick please!
