Fitness StatementI am a mother of 3 busy girls...I have always enjoyed fitness and exercise. I ran competitively for years I have qualified for 3 olympic trials and hold a number of road races records in Florida..was named Florida Female Runner of the year 2x in the early 90s Competed on the Roads in the USA in major road races. And was top american finisher in some races. I am a certified personal trainer and USATF level one Coach.
Ran for Nike and Adidas and help sponsorship from Oakley. I love to Coach and have a passion for motivating people. I run everyday and try and lift weights at least 3x a week. EVERYTHING in moderation.

run Good luck tomorrow...what kind of time for the 10k are you aiming for? Looks like you have a good base. Have you done any speed work?

run Gosh I just saw the post..NO SPEED at all. Just my base. I think people are not sure how I can run OK but the years of 80 plus miles a week help. I think most people overtrain. Not shooting for a time just go out and see what happens. In the next few weeks I might try some pickups on the roads. Thank Bob
