Ran the annual Derby Firecracker 4 mile and 1 mile. Set P.R.s in both! Perfect race weather!

I did the Overland Park Double!! What a great race! The weather was perfect. Everything was well organized and professional. I ran personal bests in both the 10k and 5k. I'm looking forward to the Manhattan Double!
