Comments | I Am apart of the UjENA Family. Running has always been something Ive struggled with but I will be joining my running family here soon. I am just starting out so it will take me a while to get faster and better. Also I am interested in getting fit therefore running will be a great start to my plan. |

The only good thing about time change is that I dont have to run in the dark. It was super painful to run tonight, my body is aching I am glad to get back into it though......we will see how the week goes.
Ran/Walked my mile today and OMG was it hard to get back into. I have not run for about more then a week because of the UjENA Jam so it was difficult today but i am going start it back up.
Running in the sun this morning was so energetic. I am tired but I have so much energy......I got some blisters on my feet from my running shoes so I am not happy about that, I am thinking of prob walking the rest of the week just cuz my feet are gonna hurt........but I am excited to get my new shoes this Sat so I can run with BA and Jodi in the mornings in Cancun : )
Rolled out of bed and made my way out. To be honest with you guys I have not been really focused on my running this week and only had time to get the mile in. Running this week has really been difficult just because it seems to me like a chore, I have to do it. I dislike the fact that it has to be that way and I hope I can slow down my busy life enough to have running as part of my happy routine.
I had such a long weekend with work.....BUT still found the time to get my run in. Not very happy that I did because now I am exhausted but I have to do what I have to do. Defiantly proud of myself. Starting NEW week tomorrow.
Being sick is not the business. I hate rolling out of bed just to go run but it feels so much better once I am done. Starting the day off with a run gets my day going and actually gives me a lot of energy. I switched shoes today....pulled out a pair of brand new running shoes that I despise because they give me blisters but they did me justice this morning so let’s see if I can keep it up without getting blisters....as soon as I get a blister I am going back to my COACH shoes : )
Just came back from my morning run....WOW was i tough today....I went out to do my usual 2.2 but I could barely push through my 1st mile. Running when sick is not fun BUT glad I got that out of my way.
Getting up today was way easier....thank god for that. Although running was tough because it was chilly out this morning and I think I am getting sick again so it was tough on my breathing. Feels good I got it out of the way though....Happy Valentines Day to ALL.
Had the worst time getting out of bed, but I have to say I am happy that I did and missed the rain although it was misty out I still managed to get my 2.2 today. Feels good to know I have a free night.
Had dinner and realized I havnt done my run in today so I told my gf she had to do it with me......here it was 7 o'clock and she was my trooper and helped me complete my week one task : ) gotta say I am very proud of myself.
