| Fitness Statement | right now I don't have a routine, but i do walk the dog 20 mins at night 3 days a week. I also go out and take photos everyday carrying all my gear, camera and bag, 20 to 30 plus lbs. one hours a day. I like to change it walk and run everyday, so I guess this is a good way to start back at it. |
