| Fitness Statement | 2011 has been my Get Fit year. I have lost over 40lbs since spring. I am still technically overweight, but am no longer obese. I found out through my weight loss efforts that I love to run. I have not decided exactly where I want that to end up - 5 & 10K's or marathon level. I took a short break from training in late summer / early fall, but I am kicking it into HIGH GEAR again right now. |

| Running Achievements | I completed a 5K in about 38minutes. My favorite though: my granddaughter did a 5K with me - she is only 4 years old. It took us almost 2 hours (she actually did more like a 10K because the concept of going straight forward was lost on her that day). She was very proud when she was done. She states that the next one she will go much faster for. |
